I have been a patient of Doctor Bhattia and have used the practice for many years. I have always found the treatment I have received from Doctor Bhattia, the Nurses and support staff to be of the highest standard. I am most grateful for the care my wife and I have received.

I cannot understand these positive reviews. The receptionists are not particularly helpful, and my experiences with the doctors have not been good, whenever I go to the doctor I feel like my time would've been spent better attempting to diagnose myself.
On a positive note the nurses are very helpful and friendly.
Also, 5 stars for appointments from some reviewers seems absurd. The phone system has no call waiting system, or simple queue system. When ringing at 8.30 for an appointment expect to repeatedly press the redial button and be met with an engaged tone.

I have been a patient at this surgery since 1969 and it has gone from strength to strength. the staff are always helpful and efficient and do what they can to help. I feel involved in any treatment I have.
